<p>As a Partnerships Account Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of high-priority partnerships. You will be responsible for day-to-day partner management and for driving execution across active partnership work streams —from kickoff through delivery and ongoing success. Success in this role is defined by operational excellence: translating partnership goals into clear plans, coordinating stakeholders, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes for partners, while looking for ways to expand collaborations.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Requirements</strong></h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>U.S. work authorization / location</strong>: We are only considering candidates who are <strong>currently in the U.S.</strong> and already have <strong>valid U.S. work authorization</strong>. We can support <strong>H-1B application/transfers/extensions for candidates who already hold H-1B status</strong>, but we are <strong>not able to pursue new H-1B petitions for candidates outside the U.S.</strong></li>



<li><strong>3+ years of work experience, preferably in top-tier consulting (e.g., MBB)</strong>, <strong>investing, private equity,</strong> or equivalent environment.</li>



<li><strong>Native or near-native English</strong> (written and verbal).</li>



<li><strong>Exceptional execution, operational ownership, and attention to details:</strong> consistently drive workstreams forward with speed, accuracy, and follow-through; strong operating habits (e.g., CRM hygiene, project trackers, documentation, structured status updates).</li>



<li><strong>Strong business sense and street smart</strong>: be creative in making things happen, not afraid to challenge the status quo</li>



<li><strong>Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects</strong> with multiple stakeholders.</li>



<li>Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.</li>



<li>Experience working on partnerships in <strong>media/entertainment, advertising, creator economy, or AI/tech</strong> is a plus</li>

<p><strong>﻿Artlist&nbsp;</strong>is looking for a Partnerships Team Lead to oversee the team responsible for strategic partnerships, channel partnerships, resellers &amp; alliances.</p>



<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Directly manage and oversee Artlist’s Partnership team </li>



<li>Ownership of strategic partnership P&amp;L &#8211; across channel sales, alliances and product partnerships</li>



<li>Identify, qualify and execute on new strategic partnership verticals to expand topline</li>



<li>Proactively lead recruitment, training, onboarding, and development initiatives of new partners in the pursuit of building a world-class partnerships operation</li>



<li>Provide partners with the necessary resources and tools to successfully promote Artlist’s offerings</li>



<li>Work closely with sales, marketing, product, legal, finance and data, to execute and deliver on partnership initiatives and roadmap</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Requirements</h2>

<li>3-5 years of strategic partnerships, channel partner management or account management experience. preferably in a B2B product oriented environment (startup, SaaS company); (generalist experience such as banking, consulting will also be considered)</li>



<li>At least 2 years of people management experience &#8211; ideally in a partnership / AM focused function </li>



<li>P&amp;L ownership experience and/or aggressive target achievement setting</li>



<li>Excellent knowledge of sales development, lead generation practices, and all of its main principles of GTM</li>



<li>Experience in pipeline generation and management </li>



<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>



<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities</li>
