<p>We are looking for a&nbsp;<strong>midweight GenAI Creative Technologist</strong>&nbsp;to help define the future of AI-enabled creative production.</p>



<p>This is a role for someone who sits at the intersection of&nbsp;<strong>art direction, craft, and emerging technology</strong>&nbsp;— combining hands-on technical expertise with strong creative judgment to build next-generation workflows for marketing and content creation.</p>



<p>You will play a key role in shaping how generative AI is applied to real-world creative output — not just experimenting with tools, but developing&nbsp;<strong>highly crafted, repeatable workflows</strong>&nbsp;that deliver work of genuine quality, consistency, and aesthetic integrity across channels.</p>



<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Design and build <strong>next-generation GenAI workflows</strong> that enable the production of high-quality, craft-led marketing assets at scale.</li>



<li>Work hands-on with leading platforms such as <strong>ComfyUI, Weavy, Runway</strong>, and similar node-based environments to create structured, flexible pipelines.</li>



<li>Apply tools such as <strong>HeyGen, ElevenLabs</strong>, and other emerging platforms across video, audio, and content generation.</li>



<li>Translate creative intent into <strong>well-defined, step-by-step workflows</strong> that balance control, consistency, and creative exploration.</li>



<li>Ensure all outputs meet a high bar for <strong>art direction, visual quality, and finish</strong>, not just technical execution.</li>



<li>Collaborate closely with creative, design, and production teams to align workflows with campaign thinking and brand standards.</li>



<li>Push beyond surface-level outputs — refining, iterating, and art directing results to achieve <strong>elevated, production-ready work</strong>.</li>



<li>Explore and prototype new tools, models, and techniques, identifying opportunities to enhance both <strong>creative quality and production efficiency</strong>.</li>



<li>Help define new standards, principles, and ways of working for AI-enabled creative craft.</li>

<p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Experience in a <strong>creative technology, GenAI, or hybrid creative/technical role</strong> at a midweight level.</li>



<li>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>generative AI tools and models</strong>, across image, video, and language.</li>



<li>Practical experience building workflows in platforms such as <strong>ComfyUI, Weavy, Runway</strong>, or similar node-based systems.</li>



<li>Familiarity with tools such as <strong>HeyGen, ElevenLabs</strong>, or equivalent platforms used in modern content production.</li>



<li>A solid understanding of <strong>LLMs</strong>, prompt design, and structured workflow thinking.</li>



<li>Experience developing <strong>repeatable, scalable workflows</strong> rather than one-off outputs.</li>



<li>Strong understanding of <strong>marketing and content production</strong>, including how assets are developed, adapted, and delivered across channels.</li>



<li><strong>Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma</strong>, with the ability to integrate traditional creative craft into AI-driven processes.</li>



<li>A clear eye for <strong>art direction, composition, motion, typography, and visual storytelling</strong>, with the ability to guide outputs to a high standard.</li>



<li>A deep appreciation for <strong>craft, detail, and finish</strong> — caring as much about the final output as the process behind it.</li>



<li>Ability to clearly articulate and document <strong>process, decisions, and workflow logic</strong>.</li>

<p>We are looking for an AI Creative Technologist as part of a team being built in our new NxGen Studio &#8211; part hybrid VFX &amp; AI post-production house, part R&amp;D lab.</p>



<p>You’ll sit inside&nbsp;NxGen Studio—Sky Creative’s innovation-led hybrid VFX &amp; AI Production Studio—working on Sky’s biggest campaigns and explorations across advertising, entertainment and brand. We’re looking for open-minded problem solvers who collaborate closely with clients and artists, think big, and are hungry to help scale the studio.</p>

<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>

<li>Research emerging creative, production, and GenAI technologies (e.g., diffusion models, automation platforms, collaboration tools.</li>



<li>Build node-based Gen-AI workflows and artist UIs that connect control inputs (depth/edge/pose/normal) to models, plus integrate into VFX workflows &amp; principles.</li>



<li>Regularly audit existing workflows and tools to identify optimisation opportunities.</li>



<li>Oversee end-to-end deployment of new tools, from experimentation to production-ready rollout.</li>



<li>Run fine-tuning (LoRA) with clean dataset prep, evaluation and version control. (A plus)</li>



<li>Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, VFX/Comp, Editors and clients—prototype, iterate, deliver.</li>



<li>Ensure workflows meet production standards for controllability, reproducibility, and ethical data use.</li>



<li>Guard the brand: keep work on-model and within campaign World Rules.</li>



<li>Design and deliver onboarding, training sessions, demos, and “Tech Talks” to upskill internal and client teams.</li>



<li>Share knowledge; mentor; help keep evolving NxGen Studio’s creative workflows.</li>



<li>Participate in pitches and strategic presentations to showcase technical innovation capabilities.</li>
